Yay, it's the weekend and time for some frivilous silliness! This comedy video has been all over the web for nearly a year but it's *just so freakin' HILARIOUS!* Will Ferrell created this clip for his 'Funny or Die' website - take a peek at this confrontation with his land-lord, Pearl.
