Against all odds, the likeable Scot came from a two set deficit to win his match on Monday vs. France's Richard Gasquet.
The match drew 44% of the TV audience in Britain Monday night making Andy the new darling of Wimbledon. You gotta love having a homegrown hero in the thick of things at the grand dame of tennis tourneys. His presence adds some much needed zip to this strawberry and cream event.
Best of luck to Andy in the next round -- he's really going to need it! He meets Spain's Rafael Nadal in the quarter-finals today.

Sorry, gonna have to disagree here. I do not find Andy Murray in the slightest bit likeable. I think he is arrogant and act's like a spoiled brat.
I don't care if he's British, if he wasn't winning, half the nation would be saying he's Scottish. I'm not jumping on the bandwagon just because he is finally coming to some good.
I don't really like Nadal either, but I'd rather he went through as he has nice arms. Yes, I am that shallow and simple now that Roddick has *sob* been knock out!!
Could be a good game though, if it ever stops bloody raining.
