Canadian soccer fans have had to endure an extremely long wait to view David Beckham plying his trade on the pitch. Last year, his Canadian MLS debut in front of Toronto FC fans was delayed due to injury but with the MLS All-Star tilt vs. West Ham United on the slate tonight, it looks like the Toronto fans are in for a treat. Becks in the flesh!The city has been Becks mad ever since he touched down in our fair city this week. Toronto may be officially a hockey city, but it is soccer mad. The fans that fill BMO field week in, week out are much like European fans -- they're knowledgeable, dedicated enough to travel to cheer on their team, and love a good footie song.
